Terrible bank. Banked here for 18 years and I’m closing my account. New system update is awful. Staff very unhelpful, not knowledgeable. I had fraudulent charges come through my account and I have to wait DAYS for them to make it right in my account. My debit card randomly won’t work and when I call them, they say, “well, we don’t know why it would just not work”. I was almost stranded out of town because my card randomly wouldn’t work and I needed gas!! I’m just over it. I’m tired of no one having answers for anything.
Horrible service my family has been banking with you for 30 plus years an I still get attitude when on the phone an the LONGEST wait time for a vehicle loan in town which the car I was looking to purchase was sold while I waited a day an half for them to reply
Wonderful community bank! I still can't believe it's been around since 1865.
