I’ve been going to this barbershop for two years. Was told to utilize the app to make an appointment and my appointment was cancelled the day before, after I already paid. Appointments that aren’t cancelled never start on time. The shop is usually 30-40 mins behind schedule. It sucks but I’m gonna have to find a shop that respects their customers time.
