My teenagers love their haircuts from this place. Staff friendly. Average wait time for my boys in the last year has been 1 to 1.5 hours.
Horrible barbershop. We waited for 30 minutes for our turn and the two employees couldn’t finish their customers. All of the employees were either on their phones, laughing, and watching tv. They looked at us multiple times and still didn’t think about serving us soon. Train your employees to be faster with the service and not ignore their customers. Will never come back here again.
Fade factory is a solid shop. It's clean inside and offers tvs and vending to pass time in case there is a wait. Adrian cuts my hair and does a great job. He is professional and respected my time while there. I would recommend him and the shop to anyone in the area.
