I would not return to The Fade Factory. When I brought my son in, instead of being professional, the barber started talking negatively about him as soon as he sat in the chair. My son is a kid of course some whining is normal and a real barber should be prepared to handle all kinds of situations, especially with children. Rather than finishing the haircut, the barber complained, said he couldn’t do it because my son pushed his hand away, and refused to continue. That’s unprofessional. Called asking if they did walk ins. The guy said "nah" and before I can ask about appointments he hung up on me. This came a few weeks after they told me they did walk ins and when I got there the guy didn't look up from his phone and just said "the walk ins guy isn't here".
