The property is a solid 5 star. One of the best you can find in the area. It’s pet-friendly, the vibe is great, and the maintenance guy is always responsive and helpful. The new property manager, not so much. I tried reaching out multiple times about moving out and just got completely ignored, which just added more stress on top of the already hectic moving process. Didn't get a response even ofter moving out. Disappointing, especially since everything else here was great.
Not sure what this place is like as a permanent residence ( I assume terrible) but as an Airbnb, this was hands down the worst experience I've ever had.... I'll preface this with the fact that I have lived here in Manchester in the past so I'm familiar with the area. I reserved the room for 3 nights for two adults (my sister in law and I) and two dogs. We had our wedding here and it was gorgeous. Lots of compliments from the guests, lots of places for our guests to go, and the AirBnB’s were excellent. Clean, accommodating, everything you need for a smooth wedding day. We had a hiccup a couple weeks ahead of the wedding (a misunderstanding with our timeline) and they were amazing about it and made it right.
The absolute best place I have ever lived! Not only are the apartments, beautiful and well-maintained. The staff are absolutely the heart of the property. Molly is so fabulous and will take care of any inquiry in a timely manner and prioritizes residents. Best personality for working with people! This is a very nice and cozy apartment complex with ample heating and cooling. The events at the venues, comic book store, food truck, and the other facilities give this place a very nice touch. The application process was fairly straightforward with helpful and friendly staff. There is plenty of parking except when there is a massive event where parking fills up (only ran into this once in the 5 months I was there).
