I booked an Airbnb for a few days while in town here. I had to check out early and the property manager denied my cancellation request 3x while saying it was approved, and then playing text games, apparently trying to get me to leave without actually receiving a partial refund for the remaining time. Ultimately they advised me to report this to Airbnb if I want a refund, so I did just that and am leaving this review for others who don't like dealing with BS while traveling. It's a shame since otherwise the stay was fine.
