I had my hair done with colour and cut. I genuinely liked the colour of my hair and Emily was nice. My hair length was pass my chest and I asked her to give me a face frame, with “LONG layers” and she acknowledged that. She had cut my hair previously so I was sure she knew what I wanted as I said to her in the previous appointment I want the same cut. The Factory Hair Salon is absolutely beautiful and welcoming atmosphere! I never felt so valued as a client, the staff and manager greeted me with amazing hospitality and always checked in if I needed anything! Didn’t expect a dirty soda bar and a variety of snacks! They also have a bunch of local products from small business owners to purchase and everything was just above and beyond. I have been going to the Factory for over 5 years and was able to find the perfect stylist for me. Emmely is so enjoyable to sit with and I have been so happy with my cut and colour each time I’ve seen her. Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone, my blonde requests have been perfect!
