Great gym with a gritty, no-nonsense atmosphere—perfect for those who take their training seriously. The members are dedicated and respectful, creating a motivating environment. Staff is super friendly and always helpful. The facility is clean and well-maintained, with comfortable spaces to work out without feeling overcrowded. If you’re looking for a serious gym with a welcoming vibe, this is the spot!

Really cool, old school gym. Excellent variety of machines, cables and free weights. Crowd was nice and respectful. Monthly, weekly and daily rates. Military discount. Clothing store, changing rooms and bathrooms and small dining room. They have supplements for sale by the scoop incase you forget your wire juice at home. Overall a really good gym. Must visit if you’re in town.

By far the best gym. The management welcomes everyone from every walk of life. There is really only one rule here. Courtesy dictates. The best part is that it’s actually safe here. The ownership has taken great measures to ensure that every single person here is treated as an equal no matter what walk of life they come from. This is not a place for games, however. We True Professionals come here because here is where champions are made. Every day.
