Bar and "lounge" with tables in the front street side bar, a large room in the back with couches and a comfortable outdoor area filled with plants and tables... a surprisingly sweet spot to hang with friends, enjoy a drink, and maybe get food from an outside food truck, or popular outdoor Mexican food from the corner.
The crew is the best! Great enjoyment all around from karaoke to relaxing, as I am, at the bar. Co.fortable, great owner, bartenders that care about their patrons... Really, If not for an owner who holds a valued outlook for this location, I wouldn't want to leave a review as that brings more people to a place that is becoming my private R&R location, however, reality, it's a well run, enjoyable location! It's "Cheers" w/ karaoke!
Not very friendly. I live in the neighborhood and really wanted this to be my local spot. But the last 5 visits, the bartenders just aren't warm and friendly. Last one didn't smile or make eye contact once and then he proceeded to make the WORST drink. Had to drive to Oakland for a better experience right after.
