I ordered a custom embroidered piece from The Factory Boutique, and it was worth every dollar. The detail and craftsmanship were top-tier — you can tell real time and pride went into it. Julius and his team brought my vision to life exactly how I imagined. From design to delivery, the process was smooth and professional. Definitely the best embroidery work I’ve ever had done. WARNING DO NOT WORK WITH FACTORY BOUTIQUE I hired factory boutique (factory b, just print) to do simple text embroidery on several sweaters. Not only did they not deliver a completed service they completely ghosted me for nearly 4 weeks beyond the scheduled delivery date; no email response, no answering the phone, nobody in the shop. When they finally answered my repeated emails 4 weeks later (only after I disputed their credit card charge) they blamed their non-response on the Jewish holidays? We dropped off 30 sweatshirts to be embroidered with a delivery date of 1 week from drop-off. After 5 months, multiple promises of the order being close to being finished, we still have not received our order and have only received vague and non-committal responses regarding when the order would be received. Our company is proceeding with legal action to recover our costs, but wanted to caution any prospective customers with our stressful experience and loss working with Jules and his team at The Factory B.
