WARNING DO NOT WORK WITH FACTORY BOUTIQUE I hired factory boutique (factory b, just print) to do simple text embroidery on several sweaters. Not only did they not deliver a completed service they completely ghosted me for nearly 4 weeks beyond the scheduled delivery date; no email response, no answering the phone, nobody in the shop. When they finally answered my repeated emails 4 weeks later (only after I disputed their credit card charge) they blamed their non-response on the Jewish holidays?
