We dropped off 30 sweatshirts to be embroidered with a delivery date of 1 week from drop-off. After 5 months, multiple promises of the order being close to being finished, we still have not received our order and have only received vague and non-committal responses regarding when the order would be received. Our company is proceeding with legal action to recover our costs, but wanted to caution any prospective customers with our stressful experience and loss working with Jules and his team at The Factory B.
