I had the Signature Facial with Fiona. Entire experience was amazing - the room was just the right temperature, the background music soft & relaxing, the products used felt rich & restorative & Fiona was magic. At no time did the appointment feel rushed & I left with skin that felt bright & revived & look forward to my next visit.

I had a wonderful facial with Nancy today. She took the time and care to examine my skin, ask about my current skincare products and explain what treatment she thought I needed. The whole experience was so relaxing and luxurious, I didn’t feel rushed so could really relax and enjoy. My skin was glowing after. Thank you Nancy, i’ll be back.

Fabienne is one of the most talented facialists I have ever had, and she's also such a lovely person. I've also had facials with Fiona, who is equally beautiful and talented. Coming to the Facial Room is the highlight of my month, and I always feel so good when I leave. My skin has never looked better and hey that's what we all want. Wish I could give ten stars.
