I love the Facial Bar and the service that I have received there is excellent. I would recommend her services to everyone.
I really wanted to have a great experience here but sadly it wasn't the case. Called up looking for an appointment for my boyfriend and I to get our facials done together. On the phone it seemed as there would be two girls to both work on our faces. Upon entering we learned there was just one lady, the owner. When we asked if there were any employees coming we were told they would get there soon and at the end of the facial when I asked how many girls she had working for her, and she said its just her. Got eyebrows done and she mention how she did not like dirty people (my pants what’s a small spot I spill something bc I was just getting of work) try make 4 times appointment for facial and she just did not want to take me again. Terrible service. Did not give me a reason just didn’t want to take me. Never going back there.
