store attendant was extremely rude and was hovering over me and my child (who I had in a stroller). I accidentally ran the stroller into a basket that they had lying on the floor??? and the attendant was like “UGH!!”. worst part was that a spoon from a tester fell on the floor and she put it back on the shelf! truly disgusting. very very bizarre experience overall.
This store price gouges, you can buy these products cheaper at Amazon.
Poor customer service today. Racial profiling. Unsympathetic. Non-professional. Told can't take pictures of ingredients. It was super fine print. Told learn brand at home. No eye contact. I use mineral screen to prevent tanning. Told too light for my skin. I said I color match and blend with other products. Older Korean sales lady didn't care. Kept saying not matched. I've told her I shopped here sporadically for years since they opened. Didn't care.
I’ve been coming here for some years now. The latest are very helpful and have a whole lot of knowledge.
