I am so sorry that I forgot her name, but my first time in, the GM was there and listened to my needs and guided me through a few of her favorite products. She was SO KNOWLEDGEABLE, kind, and helpful. I had a fantastic experience and will absolutely be back!

Devin was absolutely amazing and had every answer to my question. I went in wanting one specific thing and left with 6 plus products thanks to Devin. The face shop is very knowledgeable about the products along with great price points. I would recommend anyone to check this place out and ask for recommendations because they have it all.

It was our first time coming to this Lakewood Faceshop and we loved it. The interior was inviting and everything was aesthetically pleasing ❤️ not to mention Quynh is the most attentive and helpful cosmetic assistant who answered all of our questions and concerns. Keep up the good work guys!! We are definitely coming back😊👍

Literally the best store you can shop at for skincare. Not only are the employees super nice and helpful, but the products they sell are top tier. These aren't things you can find at Ulta or Sephora. 10/10 a MUST place to shop at.
