Yesterday Monday at around 3ish I came in to look at a couple of things. The Asian lady working resgister genuinely has no customer service and was very aggressive
Like some others have pointed out, the customer service here was absolutely atrocious. I came here to buy a cushion blush I loved to use years ago but forgot the shade. All but one tester were dry, so I asked the cashier if I could please get a new tester to use and she said no. Okay, fine-bought the one color that actually had product to try out. Love that you can try different Korean brands (both upscale and drug store brands) here. They have Tirtir, the beauty of Jeseon, Cleo, history of Whoo, Sulwhasoo etc. Price is a bit higher but trying before buying saves $$ from getting a product online for cheaper but end up not liking.
