Today I purchased several products in the store and I was really very satisfied. The young girl who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and well-prepared: she assisted me in choosing the products most suitable for my skin with great professionalism and kindness. She was truly lovely and very helpful in answering all my questions. The prices also seemed in line with those of other physical stores that sell Korean cosmetics.
They’re a bunch of scammers. They sell products for twice the price online and the website linked to their google profile isn’t even theirs. I ask the lady why this is and she tells me that they sell their products based on what their site manager wants which doesn't make any sense for a chain company. You’re better off buying online

I wish I could go 0 star. When I entered that store the attendant was so rude to me, first she backed away from me like I’m some disgusting human and when I asked her important questions about skin care she was responding like borderline sarcastic, I don’t know much about this stuff and only wanted to get her opinion on the products, not be disrespected (cause I saw the store on the website and I wanted to try the Korean style of face care).
