My first experience with treatment for my face. Selby was extremely professional and explained everything involved. From the time it takes for the effect to be noticed and any top up required must be sort after two weeks from initial treatment. I'm very happy with the time taken with Selby. As a first timer, I returned two weeks later for Selby's opinion for any top up. I did receive a small top up with no extra charges. Thanks Selby for making my first experience a positive experience.
Disappointed with FaceBase. My mom had wrinkle relaxer done here for the first time, but it had no effect at all. We messaged them after a week with photos, but they said we have to wait longer to see the effect, yet after 8 weeks no change at all on her forehead, when we texted and raised our concerns for the second time she mentioned it's too late now and she can't do anything and that's when at the time of the injection we were told the effect must last between 3-6 months.
