Service was ok. I am.more concerned about what seems like questionable pricing to me. I inquired about a pair of sunglasses and informed they were selling for 190.00. The girl looked them.up online and I saw a list price of 65.00. I asked about this if ot was cost? I was told it was. BUT I could get the glasses for 100.00 if I donated food. I checked the glasses out online and found they were 65.00 to the public and 48.75 on sale at another store...lol No, I will not return. Watch your prices here I guess.
We have been getting our vision needs handled at the EyeSite for over thirty years. In all of that time Lisa and Ted and their staff have been professional, friendly, good listeners and have helped us get the most out of our prescriptions. They stand by their products and their service is exemplary! We are always treated with the utmost care for any needs we have! You could not find a better place to place your vision needs!
Extremely helpful and friendly. Took a pair of glasses in that I didn’t think could be repaired, and after 15 min, voila! And no charge! How incredible is that. They also have some amazing frames I looked at while I was waiting.
Edited March 2026: Another great experience! I sat on my glasses and broke them, and Lisa was able to find me a $50 pair of adorable pink frames that she was able to pop my lenses into on the spot! Such a surprise I treated myself to the perfect pair of prescription sunglasses! What a great experience! The entire staff is warm, welcoming & friendly.
