I called the eye experts to make an appointment and I was able to create that however, due to my job, I had to cancel it. I did call to advise them that I would be calling back to reschedule. Upon calling back to reschedule, i was advised by the receptionist, that if I canceled again, I would be discharged by the doctor. Now, correct me if I'm wrong but I'm paying the doctor for service And I understand they have busy schedules, but we are the clients and the patients, and sometimes our schedule will conflict, as well.
