Went in for an exam. The assistant told us they were updating the systems and working thru the glitches ever since new years. 2:20 appointment, 2:40 seen by the assistant, turned into almost 3 before being seen by the dr. But the staff was all saying the systems has issues and everyone's been running behind because of the slow systems. Staff was professional, curtious and helpful and through in every part of their job. They were upfront with their issues instead of hiding it behind lies like some places do.
One of the best experiences, how they treat you, and of course I will recommend it to anyone who needs eyes check.
