Very disappointed with the Herington office I have been going here for years. I received the automated text about my appointment for today back in on August 11 and that I needed to confirm my appointment, which I did and got a reply of saying confirmed. Then again earlier this week got a reminder of my appointment. When I get to the office and check in the receptionist says "oh did no one call you, we don't have doctor here". I am upset because I had to take off work early, so I am missing out on part of a paycheck to not be... read more

I have been going to this place for over 20 years. It has always been wonderful, but in the last several years it seems to be slipping. Now, no one answers the phone. When you leave a message they may get back to you in a day or two. Trying to refill a prescription has become a game of tag you're it, and wait. I had to refill my prescription, even though it said I had 5 refills left, the pharmacist told me it expired. The pharmacist said to call the doctor for another prescription.
