Lived in town but had never been here. Was out of state on vacation and my frames broke, kept my lenses. When I got back to emporia I called and asked if I reordered the frames if they could pop in my lenses. Was told absolutely. Frames come, I walk in at 830 immediately greeted by a friendly face, explain my situation and five minutes later my lenses are in the frames and they didnt even charge me. Earned future business from me for sure.
