Lalli is great!
The billing was incorrect and not submitted through my insurance correctly, resulting in me paying for the entire visit and contact lens fitting. I contacted the customer service line MANY times, from January-June, with no help. They stopped replying in March after saying they were investigating this. I've also sent multiple emails and called their customer service line, and was just placed on hold endlessly. Do not recommend.
This place is awesome! I switched my daughter here a little over two years ago and we couldn’t be happier! The staff is always really kind and knowledgeable. The doctors are great. I don’t see us switching anytime soon.
