went there today to see Dr. Irwin. other than having to wait ✋ awhile as they were running 🏃♂️ behind things went well and I was able to order me a second pair of glasses 👓 with transition lenses for $174.00

Amazing staff!!! Everyone is so nice! We went together as a family for appointments, so 1 adult and 4 kids (all under 9) and they were helpful, great with the kids, and understanding that it is easier on moms to just get everyone in at one time! Highly recommend Dr. Walker! I can't say enough about the whole staff. They are FANTASTIC!!!

Scheduled my appointment two weeks ago only to be met with “we don’t have an appointment for you” when I came in for my scheduled appointment today. I already took PTO to come to this appointment, it’s a inconvenience to request more to come to a rescheduled appointment. What’s the assurance that this appointment will disappear? Lila was very rude at the front desk today. Caused this location to lose business when she acted like it was a huge inconvenience for my son to try on one pair of glasses he had already previously tried on and liked (it was even saved in the system, as they had our insurance on hold) but wanted to compare to another pair before deciding for sure. Never go here!!! I’ve been waiting 7 weeks now for my glasses when I was told 5-7 business days. They made me pay for everything up front of course and now it’s almost 2 months later and still no glasses!!!
