I love dr brown and the other doctors my family has seen- but it ends there! They don’t want to fix issues with glasses! From wrong scripts to broken glasses that are not fixable- ( yet another place has fixed them both times) the service is terrible! Rude/ not helpful/ and all around terrible!!!! I will continue to see Dr. Brown but will never buy glasses from them again! 3 xxx your out! I am done....
Horrible experience and horrible staff. Receptionist was terribly rude and annoyed to have actually do her job and deal with people. Two people in our household have gotten glasses here for years but the service has continued to get worse. I complained to the manager and was told that our business isn't that important to them. We'll be going elsewhere from on and will recommend to everyone that we talk to that they do the same thing. If I could rate lower than a 1, I would. Stay away.
Terrible place to go. Bad customer service just try to up sell you into things you don’t need. They are crooks BEWARE.
Everyone was very friendly and yet professional too... great experience. Been going there for years.
Not a great place to take kids. One of the staff just stared at my child while I was trying to calm her. My three year old hadn’t ever been to an eye doctor before so she was scared and didn’t know what was going on. The lady in the room with us didn’t even acknowledge my child, didn’t even talk to her. She then told me I could go sit back down in the waiting room till my child was calm. The doctor was also snippy about my kids being scared. I definitely don’t recommend taking your kids there.
RecommendedI've gotten glasses from a few dozen places over the years, and these are the first ones that are perfectly made for my stigmatism. No blurry areas, no too sharp areas, no swimmy feeling. Just the best.
