Horrible place that lies with the worst customer service. Took over 2 months to even try trail contacts and get my prescription for them. I plan to go back to my previous ophthalmologist 2 hours away.
I was told I would be told weather or not they took insurance & what kind of it .They choose not to tell me if they took my insurance.
Very fast service.
While I can’t speak for other reviewers and their experiences, I am incredibly pleased with The Eyecare Place and the professionalism of every Employee. At the time I called the office to schedule an appointment for my daughter, it was before office hours so I left a message requesting a callback. I can't even tell you how many times I've called different businesses and never received a follow-up or had to wait days before getting a call back. UPDATE: Since posting this review I’ve noticed a huge improvement in responsiveness. Someone has answered the phone every time I’ve called. Adding a star for the time being, will increase in the future (like I mentioned the doctor really is great!) The poor review is due to the support staff, the doctor is great so I hate giving him a bad review...but it’s impossible to get anything accomplished w his support staff. 1.) it took almost 2 months to get a trial pair of lenses in for my daughter 2.) they rarely answer calls duri... read more
