Tried this place without any recommendations. Needed a closer doctor and I can say I was not disappointed. The doctor is really friendly & very informative. He actually takes good time with the exam and makes sure you don't leave with any unanswered questions. The glasses are a bit on the pricey side for me but the contacts were actually cheaper than most places.
In my personal opinion, this is not a place I would recommend if you’re looking for friendly customer service or staff who make you feel like they genuinely care about your eye health. I accompanied my sister to her appointment, and from the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing. The young woman who performed the pre-eye exam had a noticeable attitude. I have been going here for years and I finally want to say that this place has the worst customer service. I have stuck with them for years because of traveling purposes and there is three family members of mine that come here. Today we had an incident where we caught them in a lie because they didn’t want to help as well as laughing about it. Waiting time is ridiculous, they don't even have the courtesy to let you know that they are running behind with the appointments, I would've rescheduled and in top of that they try to push you to buy glasses without haven't seen the doctor yet.
I’ve had mixed experiences with this clinic. On the positive side, I’ve never had issues getting appointments, and the doctors themselves have always treated me well. My last exam was with Dr. Richard Katz, and he was incredibly kind, thorough, and clearly very experienced.
