I called ahead to confirm whether an appointment was needed and was told it’s walk-in only. However, when I arrived, the staff was unfriendly and immediately asked me to come back later without offering any explanation or alternative. I politely asked if I could wait inside, as they have a sitting area, but was told flatly, "No, come back later." This fall will make 10 whole years of me going to the eyebrow place to get my eyebrows done!! Specifically by Hari who since I was 18 has always made me feel good and beautiful. Hari is not only superb at what she does so good that even when I went to college hours away and would be gone for months I would not let anyone else touch my eyebrows. It is rare to meet someone who is talented and consistently does excellent work. It is even more rare when this individual is kind and sweet. Hari is all that and more! My mother and I look forward to getting our brows and other threading services from Hari on a regular basis. We always leave looking our absolute best and feeling uplifted. Hari wields the thread with amazing speed and precision. She is exceptionally talented! We highly recommend!

Hari does a great job with my threading and tinting. She is also so welcoming and sweet. I live about a half hour away but don’t mind the travel to get here because I have never had a negative experience.
