What a wonderful place. Everyone was so pleasant and caring. The exam was very thorough. Our little dog and we loved the treats. We truly look forward to to our follow up visit.
They took great care of my fur baby. ✔️ attentive ✔️ great patient care ✔️ accommodating ✔️ affordable (compared to other eye vets I’ve been to Overall great experience, in addition they have the cutest little treat selection for the babies after their visit.
Dr. Bergstrom is amazing and I’m so happy to have The Eye Vets! He performed my dog’s cataract surgery flawlessly and is always so kind and caring with follow-up visits and treatments. The staff at the Bellevue location is beyond friendly and supportive, and I’m so grateful for the way they care for my boy!
Dr. Bergstrom and his entire team are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. As soon as you walk in the door, they are friendly and kind and patient. My pup thinks the receptionist is her best friend. The entire team has been so wonderful. They respond quickly. They don't act like any of my questions or concerns are crazy or paranoid. They truly care about my pup and want her to get better. This was our dog’s second visit to the Eye Vet. Both Dr Bergstrom and the vet assistant were awesome both times. They explained everything very simply and gave option treatments. They treated our retired service dog like their own.
