Terrible experience, I've tried going here a few times over the years and it's the same then to now. Just bad customer service, absurd wait times for glasses(6 weeks and counting), unable to adjust glasses, attitude for asking to get glasses bought else where adjusted. I now understand why everyone I know hates this place Time to go to lenses crafters.

Made an appointment 2 weeks ago. I walk in and they have no record of it. I live 30 minutes away to be told too bad so sad! I'm new to the area, so I had gone through the trouble of looking online and through my insurance to find the closest provider. Now I have to start all over again because not only did they not have my appointment, but now they tell me they don't take my insurance! Ridiculous, worst customer service ever!
Great Doctor terrible staff. Very unreliable and unprofessional staff.
