I've been using them for a couple of years now. My last pair of new glasses I had less than 6 months before the frames broke at the bridge. Called them, and it took a week for them to admit that it was a warranty. They asked if I still had an old pair I could use until they got me fixed up. I said yes I do. That was right 3 months ago. Today my old glasses came apart and I lost a screw. Took it by. I had to sign saying the old glasses weren't warranty (which I thought was weird but ok), and the receptionist took my old glass... read more
Dr. Fox is amazing with my kids! She is patient and the staff is caring and I will continue to use The Eye Shop!!! Would give more than 5 stars!!!!!
Our experience was horrible and we have had kids in glasses for over 20 years. Watch your money. Billing and Ordering are quite deceptive. Go elsewhere else to save a lot of headache.
