Hannah, the optometrist, was professional and patient, and handled the children well during their eye examinations. However, pricing transparency could be improved. We had discussed that both children (aged 5 and 9) were attending simply to check for short-sightedness. At no point before or during the examination were the fees discussed or disclosed.
