Chris is so nice. This shop is very popular among Chinese App. And tbh, they worth it. So many good frames and nice stuff.
Very happy with my Sospiri frames and cannot thank Nicole enough for all her conscientiousness in helping me select what would look right on me. She sent me photos and followed up by ordering the frames and then posting them to me. Very appreciative and would definitely order again from the Eye Practice!!
Went to see Jim for a second opinion about dry eye symptoms. Got a much clearer and comprehensive explanation. Treatment options were explained thoroughly and there was no spin. I walked out feeling positive that a plan has been orchestrated. A lot of care went into diagnostics with a range of tests performed. Very personable and professional approach.
I couldn’t recommend this business more! Dr Jim Kokkinakis saved me after a traumatic cornea injury made me think I had done irreparable damage to my eyesight. I walked into his office in so much pain, and he treated me with the compassion and kindness I’d expect from a parent, not a business owner I had just met for the first time.
