I had lasik eye surgery 10 years ago which caused me to suffer from dry eyes. Ever since I’ve been seen by different ophthalmologists and optometrists over the years to care for my dry eyes. Go see Don! She is AWESOME!!!!! She was professional and fun at the same time which is not common. She was patient with us and answered all of our questions. She is the reason we will be back to the Eye Place! Ask for her when you go. Seriously - you won’t be disappointed!!!!
The doctor was amazing, but the sales associate could use better training. She didn’t offer to help us choose glasses, so we had to walk around on our own and look for something. Unfortunately, there were very few options available. I think the experience would be much better with more attentive service and a wider selection of frames.
Dr Hernandez is amazing! I have seen her twice and she is so kind and patient. She answers all of my questions and explains everything so clearly. I have received incredible care there. Also I appreciate their cost transparency. I have gone with and without vision insurance and they always share upfront what the cost will be so there are no surprises when it’s time to pay at the end.
Don was super helpful and efficient! Helped with pricing and choosing frames. Honest and courteous!
