The Eye Place was an aspiration of Adam and Anna’s for over five years. They wanted to build a business of their own and felt they could combine their skills to make a great Optometry Practice. The optometrist, a Mr or Dr Qian, was the most patient and thorough person I have ever met. He answered all my questions, calmed me down because I was freaking out a lot about my vision. He calmed me right down and explained everything to me so even I could grasp it…. Adrian on the front desk is an angel in disguise as he patiently helped me pick frames that suited my face and steered me away from enormous ones that made me look like the designer from the incredibles. Thank you both. Brilliant place.

Anthony excelled at customer service. He ordered what I was after, and the spray and cloth freebie, presented in a stylish retail bag as I left the shop, was another example of good service. I would go back.
