Great, sensible optomitrist. New, up to date equipment and ambience. Even lovely, peaceful music in the foyer. Excellent personalised service with purchase of frames and maintenance of glasses. Tried them all wouldn't go anywhere else in Singleton.
I went to 2 of the big name optical stores in town and after 3 attempts each, they couldn’t get my prescription right. So I decided to give The Eye Place a try and I am so glad I did. They got it right the first time and I am so happy with both my pairs of glasses. The service was amazing and I am so grateful.
The optometrist, a Mr or Dr Qian, was the most patient and thorough person I have ever met. He answered all my questions, calmed me down because I was freaking out a lot about my vision. He calmed me right down and explained everything to me so even I could grasp it…. Adrian on the front desk is an angel in disguise as he patiently helped me pick frames that suited my face and steered me away from enormous ones that made me look like the designer from the incredibles. Thank you both. Brilliant place.
Can recommend this gentleman completely. I rang and asked some advice and he was really helpful and allayed my fears instantly. Also they bulk bill. Amazing people. Thankyou so very much
