I called 3 times to set up an appointment for my father. The receptionist or front desk lady whatever she is constantly hangs up on me. No wonder why this office has poor reviews. I have an eye exam coming up next month and I am certainly not coming to this office for sure.
Like the doctor.been going there 4 years. The exam is fine. Only one my insurance covers. However the glasses are horrible. Never can use them. They are cheaply mad and the frames are crooked.
I think the rating for this office is fair. The doctors are good, but the service and the quality of the products are horrible. The office has to change their policy of booking multiple appointment at the same time, treat patients with compassion and improve the quality of their products. I posted a truthful review a month ago. Now I don't see it any longer. I had an eye exam and ordered my glasses. Giving this place a one star is pushing it. Horrible horrible when you walk in the people that work up front are extremely rude unprofessional this place should be CLOSED DOWN. The guy that sits in the front in does absolutely nothing besides talk about people and fixes his hair. Don't go here please find somewhere else. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE
