The staff was excellent from start to finish. From scheduling through visiting the office, I felt valued at every step of the way. Dr. Johnson was very attentive and explained things very well.

This doctor crossed ethical lines that prompted me to change physicans during a sensitive post-operative period. His comments ranged from jokes about domestic violence to sexually inappropriate language. When I took my concerns to the “Director of Operations” she questioned whether I had “misheard” or “misunderstood” what this doctor said, and assured me she would “research” the issue. In the ensuing conversation, she referred to patients at this eye clinic as “old ladies” not ten minutes after professing “this practice prid... read more

Utterly ridiculous, crazy pricing for an eye exam. Bizarrely and ludicrously out of whack with other local optometrists/vision centers. Congratulations, you ARE the most expensive. As of 8/17/2012, these are the prices I was quoted for a local (Largo area) exam: Johnson Family Vision: $148 returning customers - $235 for new customers. Lencrafters: $114 Clear Image Vision Centre $95 Walmart: $66 Visionworks: $64 JEMoptical: $49 Again - I've reviewed several eye care centers.
