The staff was excellent from start to finish. From scheduling through visiting the office, I felt valued at every step of the way. Dr. Johnson was very attentive and explained things very well.
This doctor crossed ethical lines that prompted me to change physicans during a sensitive post-operative period. His comments ranged from jokes about domestic violence to sexually inappropriate language. When I took my concerns to the “Director of Operations” she questioned whether I had “misheard” or “misunderstood” what this doctor said, and assured me she would “research” the issue.
