I was able to get an appointment quickly. Requested an ophthalmologist. Saw an optometrist being Dr.batiste, and he was no help. I told him my vision issues and debilitating things happening. And he checked and said my eyes looked healthy but did not care to check my script or even see if it was accurate after telling me it could be prescription related or I need a new contact brand. Super disappointing experience. The office staff was SO great though!
Really great eye doctor. Knows his stuff. Very professional. Has been an exceptionally good experience over the years. Will continue this quality eye care with Dr Battese would highly recommend him to others.
I was able to get an appointment short noticed without much of a hassle. I like the size of the clinic small which takes the stress out of visiting any kind of medical facility. The people behind the desk are quite friendly, including the assistance which were very helpful during the eye exam I was in and out of there in approximately 30 minutes
