A very mixed and upsetting experience. This surgery can be exceptionally good in some areas, but are let down continually on its clinical side of things. The practice manager, receptionists are very good and have been most supportive to me. I have asked for there assistance and they have been most kind about things. The practice manager herself is outstanding and I have messaged her privately about many things. The massive let down is the clinical team. A good doctors , BUT unfortanly the responist Not good at all, they sit 12" from the phone and never pick as we speak am on the phone to the doctors and we are on 12.6 mins and they answered . Lastone was 17mins , and even ive drove down with my phone still ringing and got to the doctors and the phone was ringing !!!! Lol ,10:03 The receptionist people are very nice people. Recently moved here from Essex had appt with Viqar Ahmed today and was more than pleased seen on time, pleasant professional manner unlike experiences Ive had in the past. highly recommend this practice waiting area clean and pharmacy on hand what more can you ask for
