My appointment at this particular office was overall good. The service was quick and everyone was very nice. My only complaint, or something I noticed, was that the eye technician did not clean the equipment with an alcohol swab/pad before I had to place my chin/forehead/face on it. I just had to assume she had already done it. Also, it was very inconvenient that this office attaches to a Walmart eye store and they sent me there to order my contacts.
