Very nice people. Nice , clean office. Got two pairs of glasses with my insurance. Great selection of frames.
Turn in my Cigna and Medicare card at the front desk and got the exam, ordered my glasses paid $100 for transitions and then 10 days later the lady from the front desk going to say “we don’t take Cigna and the difference in the Medicare paying $100 also is You have to pay $350.00 more out of pocket” BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS!!!! CALL YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY!!! DO NOT LET THEM TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED CASH!!!
TERRIBLE SERVICE AN CROOKS I HAD THEM PUT MY PRESCRIPTION LENS IN A PAIR OF DESIGNER FRAMES WELL THE LENSES DOES NOT FIT CORRECTLY I STOP BY AND THE LADY AT THE DESK IS A OLD WRINKLE HAG AND RACIST REFUSED TO FIX MY GLASSES BUT CHARGE MY INSURANCE AND HAD THE NERVE TO CALL THE POLICE ON ME BUT THE POLICE SAID I DID NOT DO ANYTHING WRONG. AFTER THE POLICE LEFT THE OWNER CALLED ME AND THREATENED ME. HE DONT KNOW THAT I RECORDED THE PHONE CALL . Very bad business avoid them they will hear from my lawyer.
This place is beyond ghetto... It's been over a month since my son received his glasses... you can never get anyone on the phone, and they're never there according to their open hours. So beware.
