Their mr Miller is the worst. A very contentious, rude, ill suited man, a blind guide. Go somewhere else....I went to shopco in Billings,they were great. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST, IT ISNT WORTH WASTING YOUR TIME AND MONEY.......
My wife came home very upset and crying because of the way she was treated here. I would tell you the doctors name but he was so rude he didn't even introduce himself. It's worth the drive to go somewhere else so much for doing business locally.
Big waste of time. Actually provided no service for my child whatsoever. Not qualified for pediatric service.
Overbooked and appointments are about a half hour wait AFTER your scheduled appointment. Of course they are to lazy to call patients or tell them when they arrive they are running late to go for a walk, nope, they just let you sit and wonder what is going on. Their printer does not work either. Go to Billings! This operation is just terrible. Also, the Doctor is terrible. This is my last resort to try and contact this eye clinic. I have called FIVE TIMES in the last four months and I have always left a detailed message and have NEVER gotten a response back. However, they keep on sending a bill in the mail that I have been trying to contact them about for months. Backstory: I had a standard eye appointment to check my eyes and get my numbers needed so I could order glasses. I went and asked not once, but THREE times if this clinic accepted vision insurance.
