I rated them earlier and the rating disappeared. So, again I rate poorly. I have been a patient of Dr. Fradkin for many many years and I love Dr. Fradkin. Because he retired I tried to make an appointment on the mainland with someone else and the girl who answered the phone very rudely told me that I could not just order my old office glasses again, I have insurance and would have happily paid for them- I wasn’t asking for a handout. The office is conveniently located for all of Galveston with plenty of free parking. The office staff, trained eye clinicians are professionals, who are extremely courteous and detailed. Dr. Bernard Milstein is the consummate professional. In early 2017, I needed cataract surgery and my case was complicated. All complications were addressed and I placed my confidence in Dr. Milstein. Not only was the surgery was successful but I do not have to wear glasses.

What a pleasure it was to get my vision needs cared for by the excellent staff! I also enjoyed the laid back atmosphere compared with HEA offices in Houston. Great job!

Excellent care from Dr Milstein & his wonderful staff. Very sad they are moving the office off the island. Have been going to him for over 25 years.

Went with a friend to eye exam. Very impressed by the friendly staff, great service, and awesome selection of frames. They did a very comprehensive exam and explained in detail any questions.
