This is an awesome eye care place.The doctors are wonderful kind and take great care of your eyes .The guard at t g e front desk,the staff at the check in desks and the nurses the people that call your name to be seen and my doctors are 5 star employees. They all make you comfortable and show you great care.The people that make your surgery appointments are all suberb.Im grateful to them all.My dr.Gupta and dr.B.are the greatest...Thank you all.
I drove 1 hour to my appointment just to wait another hour in the lobby just to be told that they don’t take vision insurance, just health insurance and that it’ll cost me $600 for me to be seen because I haven’t met my deductible.
Good hospital
Terrible. I had to sit in the waiting room for 3 hours just to be seen for 5 minutes. They take forever. My appointment was at 10:30 and I did not get seen until 1:30. Additionally the receptionists are extremely rude.
They charged my 85 y/o father $64 for a refraction (exam for an eyeglass prescription) when we absolutely were not there for that reason. We were there for an exam 2 years post cataract surgery for possible laser treatment! Called multiple times to resolve issue but can only leave a message and then they never return the call.
