OPTICAL SHOP CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS TO IMPROVE!!!!, , & DONT LIE ABOUT NOTIFYING CUSTOMERS WHEN GLASSES COME IN WHEN U NEVER DID & JUST MARKED IT IN THE SYSTEM AS NOTIFIED.
Dr. Bowen is an awesome doctor, and very professional at what he does, I highly recommend him, office staff are super friendly and nice.
Only issue I have is although their info on Google says they are open, they usually are not...shows them being open today, but no one is there...I live nearby and most days there no one there, need to update their hours of operation!!

Do not recommend. Staff used to be friendly but no longer have pleasant personalities. Act as if they don't want to be bothered. Had issues with glasses never ordered. Also had issues trying to pick them up. They lock the doors before closing time.
