Been waiting on new lenses for over 3 months. They're difficult to get on the phone. They have difficult hours.
Dismissive & unprofessional optical technician insisted that my eyeglasses were fine following repair when I reported blurry vision & odd looking angle of lenses. Had to return twice & involve regional manager. Learned that technician had swapped left & right lenses during repair. Had equipment shutdown 45 minutes before closing time when I requested assistance the second time & gave no apology for the error or my inconvenience.
They are the best. There is no rushing you to get through your appointment. Very helpful with helping you choose the right frames for you. Everyone there is polite and helpful.
