The staff is amazing. There is no long wait time, so arrive on time for your appointment and Dr. Lane is the best. Have been going for years and they're always on point.
I have been a patient at the Eye Center for many years. I have always been a patient of Dr. Lane, who I hold in the highest regard. I have been at different locations and have never been disappointed. Today I saw Dr. Schaefer for a medical issue & was very happy with the appointment. I would be happy to see him at any time also. Made a second trip to see Dr. Schaefer today without a scheduled appointment. I have never been denied an appointment for an unexpected medical issue! Ten star recommendation if that were possible.
Pisspoor attitude . Refused to send prescription after a visit to opthalmologist. Each person you speak to gives a different answer. The 1st time we called they asked us to send a fax number to share the prescription and when we called back with a fax number anothe lady picked up and said we got to come back for an eye exam. I think they just want to make more money out of you under the pretext of an eye exam. When pushed back, the lady said we shoukd find another opthalmologist. This is breach of care and harassment.
