Past experiences have been great , however today my child was supposed to have an appointment to at we scheduled after her last appointment (so it's been scheduled for months) arrived to see no cars in the parking lot and a note on the door that said by appointment only. Tried calling the number multiple times with no answer. I had even called this morning and left a message confirming we would be at our appointment. Not sure what is going on but I was never notified about a change in appointment time or cancellation.

Made a first appointment several weeks in advance only to have staff call 2 days before the appointment to say it had to be canceled and the next available was 1 month out, not on a day I could make it. There was no attempt to fit me in earlier. Good management always allows time in the weekly schedule for situations like this. I'll let my insurance company know about the customer service here.
