Everyone at Dr. Cline’s office is amazing! So friendly and helpful!
I wanted to return a $900 pair of glasses that I bought here. I was not told that they are not returnable. I can’t read my mail with them. This should have been made clear prior to the purchase. The ladies were very nice and helpful. They are trying to get the lens at least so that I can read. It is unreasonable to have to turn your head side to side to read a sentence, causing a motion-like sickness. I can’t believe they think that is normal. Surely this has happened before.
