Went in for a regular annual eye exam here with the goal of getting a new prescription to order newglasses. A few weeks after my exam, I find a pair of glasses I want to order from a different place. I hand over my prescription and mention my prism prescription and how it’s necessary for me to get the proper glasses to help me see. What happens at this LOCATION is the responsibility of the new owner and staff. The office staff was very nice and polite. My eight year old's exam was great and we were impressed with the doctor. However, we had serious issues getting our son's glasses after we ordered them. First of all, I believe they way overcharged for the glasses (and we had insurance so that should have helped). The selection for boys was slim to none, but we had picked everything out before we realized it was going to cost $150.
