I recently visited Dr Lamont. I found him very kind, caring and supportive as I was a bit nervous, but his lovely manner in explaining my procedure put me at ease. I am extremely happy with my outcome I would'nt go anywhere else. His staff are friendly, supportive as well which made my whole experience a really good one.
I spoke to a very nice lady yesterday regarding a cataract procedure and the costs involved if I had it done "out of pocket". Very helpful and friendly, but the noise in the background was just deafening - people talking and laughing and objects crashing - my hearing is very good (my eyes are bad lol!) but it was extremely annoying. I was recently treated by Dr Lamont and I can’t say enough about the exceptional care I received. His bedside manner is reassuring , patient and genuinely empathetic. His ability to clearly explain the cause of my eye problem and the intended treatment plan gave me the confidence to finally undergo a procedure I had been delaying for years. I have taken my mother in law to the eye care clinic on several occasions over the past few years and have been extremely happy with the great service and friendly helpful team from the clinic, both from the doctor and the lovely administration team. Definitely recommend.
I have been going to Dr Lamont for many years now and I could not have had a better doctor. He is kind, caring and gentle in all ways, and has a great bed side manner. I wouldn't go anywhere else . Written by Barbara but Andrey shares my opinions. My mother and brother also attend this practice. Sadly my mother is deceased but she wouldn't go anywhere else either.
