Dr Shaw has been my Ophthalmologist for years, I can’t imagine going anywhere else. I find the office staff very competent and have never had any issues
The front desk staff is incredibly incompetent. Before I made my first appointment here I called to make sure they accepted my insurance, to which they confirmed. I found out only after I filled out all the paperwork and waited half an hour in the waiting room that the staff member I had talked to earlier to make the appointment was incorrect and they didn’t accept my insurance. This was a huge waste of my time and a failure in our health system.
